Acceptance When you order from the website you are indicating that you accept the terms and conditions, please read them carefully and print a copy for future references.

Pictures All the images, specifications and advertising on the site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description.
The intention is to make sure that all the information on the website should be up to date and accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages.

Pricing The total price of the goods which are ordered will be stipulated at the time you placed your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed.

We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account in the following situations.

1. If the cost of the product has increased but has not been updated on the web site yet.
2. Any additional Taxes that have not been included or have changed.
3. If the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed.

In an event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not your order has been confirmed, if the credit card has already been charged we will immediately credit your card account with the amount in value of the incorrect price ( including delivery charges).

However we would notify you about this in advance should there be any changes.

On your order you must provide us with exact billing address, telephone number which will be the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.

Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order, your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

You can also pay by cheque or postal order we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.

Availability All products and service are subject to availability and may be with drawn at any time, if goods cannot be supplied at any time you will not be charged for them and we will refund any money which has been received in payments for the goods.

Privacy Policy We will not disclose any information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure server at WorldPay. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We make every effort to supply quality products to our customers. Please read the following carefully.

We will make a full refund on any goods returned within seven working days of you receiving them if you find them not to be suitable, faulty or change your mind on the purchase.

You are under a duty to restore goods to us, and in the meantime take reasonable care of them. This includes not damaging any sealed packaging (unless the item is found to be faulty when opened). Or neglect and damage caused by improper fitting or use of any items.

Once the order has been returned we will re credit your card as soon as possible (within a maximum of 30 days).

We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier delivery consignment note number and you will need to inform us within 7 days from delivery.

You must check your delivery at the time of delivery to see if they are the correct amount of packages which you have ordered, any shortages must be noted on the delivery consignment note and you must inform us within 7 days from delivery.

You must inform us within 7 days if you have received the wrong goods from the delivery date.

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.

If the goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.

Overseas Shipping - Whilst we endeavour to provide shipping at a competitive rate, these do vary from time to time, in this event we will contact you to advise of any unforeseen changes before dispatch.
